"Ahn was a wonderful host - she allowed for an early check in and getting into the apartment was seamless. The location was perfect and we got everywhere on foot. The apartment was like 2 in 1: two floors, two bathrooms, two huge and beautiful bedrooms each with a balcony. Travelling with a friend meant he had his own space and privacy but we were all staying together at the same time. Thank you, Ahn, for everything! Highly recommend and would return!"

"Most comfortable beds we have slept in in Vietnam! The two bedrooms are on separate floors and are very large and very private, with lots of floor space and a separate bathroom with shower on each floor. Anh was a fantastic communicator, and self check-in was very easy. We also really enjoyed sitting on the balconies overlooking the city streets below. The apartment is in a great area - there is lots to do and see (and eat!) in walking distance, but the street it is on isn't too noisy."

"It was very central and we could easily walk to just about everything we wanted to see. Sitting out on the balcony in the morning sipping iced coffee and watching busy city life happen on the street below was such a great way to start the day. The house was not huge but the bedrooms were very spacious and we didn’t feel at all cramped (a family of 5) for the five days we were there. It was decorated beautifully - such cute shutters and big arched windows. Very Wes Anderson! The AC worked really well and cooled the rooms very quickly. Anh was easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and airy."

"Anh’s place is so cute and lovely! We had everything we needed, including all the amenities and a wonderful balcony! She is very responsive and helpful - anything we asked she was quick to answer. There are also plenty of good eats and drinks around, including the cafe at the corner just a minute away. Like others have mentioned, getting large suitcases up the second stairs might be a challenge, but we managed okay. Really a fun stay in a convenient location to explore Hanoi!"

"Anh and her husband were very kind, caring and accommodating to my family which makes our trip to Hanoi wonderful and memorable. The home is located in central Hanoi old quarter which makes it very convenient and walkable to any location. The house had everything that we could ask for, and Anh was very responsive to questions. It’s a lovely home and a gem in Hanoi. Definitely stay here if you want to be in the heart of Hanoi, want to feel what it’s like to actually live there."

"We really enjoyed staying at Ahn’s place in Hanoi, it was perfect for us. The location is right in the centre of everywhere, close to the lake, train street, definitely walkable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, clean and very comfortable. Loved having the washer / dryer and the wifi was strong.
Price was good, we would stay here again."

"It's such a cute place with beautiful decors. The place is right in the heart of the old quarter and close to everything. It gives as a feel of how people actually lives in this part of town. Though the staircases are narrow, we appreciate theirs uniqueness. The noise is as described as in other comments. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely consider this place if we come back."

"Surely it is a five star rated stay ...we thoroughly enjoyed staying there...so homely feeling with all the facilities as mentioned.
THere is a Indian restaurant right in front of house ..which was a bonus for us.
Location is at the centre of the city ...most of the tourist destinations are even at walking distance..."

"A very nice apartment, super well located. Fantastic communications with the host, who has lots of great local recommendations, and was very flexible and understanding. The only downside is the apartment is very centrally located and the traffic noise might be challenging for light sleepers."
